David Williams is an Edinburgh-based photographer whose work has been widely exhibited and published. He is the recipient of a number of prizes and awards and was nominated for the Kyoto Prize (Arts and Humanities) – the Japanese equivalent of the Nobel Prize, in 2018. He retired as Head of Photography / Reader at Edinburgh College of Art in 2017.
